Considering The Military Diet

Hi Everyone!!

A while back I heard about the military diet, and how you can lose up to 10lbs in 3 days, which sounds very appealing, at the time I didn't want to go on the military diet as I was bingeing and eating takeaways, my eating habits were gross.

I recently remembered that this diet exists, which intrigued me, as the 'diet' I'm currently on, involves me eating less food than I would be on the military diet, also some of the foods in the military diet are foods that I'm currently avoiding, such a bread, cheese and ICE CREAM.

I'd love to see how my body responds to the military diet, would I gain weight due to the increase in food or would I lose weight?
I'm not planning on doing the diet anytime soon, as I would like to be on my current diet a month before trying something else, so maybe in two or three weeks time I'll attempt the military diet, but it does concern me a lot that it's so much more food than I've been currently eating and the fact it contains ice cream, I'm looking forward to that, although I may change it to frozen yogurt, as that's what I prefer.
Anyway, if I do this diet you'll be sure to know about it and I'll document my results, even though it is nice the lose pounds, my main goal is to lose inches from my body, I'm curious to see if I'll lose some inches, but I feel like three days isn't long enough to have that kind of effect on the body, and that it will mainly be 'water weight' that I lose, or I could just be chatting shit right now.

So what is the military diet? The military diet I've been looking at consists of three days and eating certain foods, and certain amounts of foods.

One cup of vanilla ice cream

One slice of wholemeal toast
Half of a banana
